How much will it cost to use?

Free to post. Quick fixes are typically $20–$200, and Launch Ready is a fixed $299 to make an AI-built app production-safe. You pay only when the work is done. Developers pay a 15% fee on completed work.

How do you ensure developer quality?

Manual vetting process + portfolio review + test fixes + reputation system. Only experienced devs who communicate well and have tech experience.

What if my problem doesn't get fixed?

Payment is held by our payment partner and released only when you confirm the fix. Full refund if it is not fixed.

What makes this different from Upwork/Fiverr?

Viberzzz is built for AI-built apps: fixed-price fixes when you're stuck and a fixed-price Launch Ready check before you go live, done by developers who know the stacks tools like Lovable and Bolt generate. No bidding wars.

This policy explains how MAD METHOD TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”), the owner and operator of Viberzzz, collects and uses your personal data. We are the data fiduciary / controller for the data described below.

1. What we collect today

Viberzzz is in pre-launch. We currently collect only the information you choose to give us, plus basic usage analytics:

Waitlist sign-up

Name and email address
Whether you are joining as a Vibe Coder (client) or a Pro Coder (developer)
Optional answers to short questions, such as the tools you build with, your biggest technical blocker, your expected budget, or your Twitter/X handle

Help requests

Name and email address
A description of your technical problem, your tech stack, an indicative budget, and optionally a GitHub repository link

Usage and device data

When you visit the website, our analytics tools collect information such as pages viewed, clicks, approximate location (derived from IP address), browser and device type, and referring website. This helps us understand how the site is used and improve it.

We do not currently collect payment details. When the marketplace launches, payments will be processed by an authorised payment partner, and we will not store your full card or bank account details.

2. How we use your data

To manage the waitlist and notify you when Viberzzz launches or when early access opens
To respond to help requests and support enquiries
To send a welcome email and occasional product updates (you can unsubscribe at any time)
To understand demand, improve the website, and plan the product
To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations

We rely on your consent (given when you submit a form) and on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Service providers we share data with

We share data only with providers that help us run the website, under contracts that require them to protect it:

Supabase: database hosting for waitlist and help-request records
Vercel: website hosting and privacy-friendly page analytics
Resend: sending transactional and update emails
Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity: usage analytics and session insights
After launch, our payment partner, to process payments and settlements

Some of these providers store data outside India. Where data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected in line with this policy and applicable law.

4. Cookies

We and our analytics providers use cookies and similar technologies to measure traffic and understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the website will still work.

5. How long we keep data

We keep waitlist and help-request data until the marketplace launches and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's standard retention settings.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:

access the personal data we hold about you;
ask us to correct or update it;
ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent to further processing;
unsubscribe from emails at any time;
raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the relevant data-protection authority.

7. Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the authorities of a breach where required by law.

8. Children

Viberzzz is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We will update this policy as the product evolves, in particular when the marketplace and payments launch. The “Last updated” date shows the current version.
